Customer Support portal is a platform offered to all OneSpan Customers who require assistance with our products. The platform offers access to the knowledgebase and Trust Center (including essential environment notifications). Moreover, for users supplied with the account, it also enables access to already raised support cases, possibility to create new ones and make direct contact with the Customer Support.

- If you have not received it or you would like to provide the similar access for your colleague, please contact your Portal Administrator or Customer Success Representative at OneSpan or support@onespan.com to request access to the Customer Support Portal.
The example email as follows:
- Once you click on the link, you will be asked to insert your username and email address (use your email address for both). Then you’ll receive a new email to reset your password.
- In the second email, click on the password reset link. You will be presented with password change screen. Use your email address as user ID. Follow the steps for password reset by choosing your new password in accordance with requirements and press Reset Password button:

- Once submitted, it will take a moment to process:

- Once the password is reset, you are ready to log in. To do that, go to main Customer Support portal webpage and choose Login in the upper right hand side corner:

- In the pop-up box, use your email address as User name and newly created password:

- Follow the steps 4. and 5. for any subsequent logon.
